Postage is £4.45 Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed - Local delivery / collection from the club can be arranged free of charge

Refunds are not possible on any items that have been personalised so it’s important to make sure you order the correct size, if unsure our advice would be to discuss your needs with Derek who has many years of experience in the Football Kit business and he can advise.
Delivery will generally be between 10 days and 2 weeks depending on stock & personalisation requirements

Shipping Policy

JPL Trophies aim to ship stock items within ten days (local orders may be quicker) . Items ordered with personalisation may take 2 weeks.
JPL will keep you in touch with your order so you know exactly what stage your order is at.

Return & Exchange Policy

JPL Trophies pride themselves on the quality of the products they supply but will accept returns on items that are faulty or do not fit – unless they have been personalised, this means • Any garment with a personalised name or number
A refund can take anywhere up to 28 days to be processed although JPL will try to complete as early as possible, especially if you choose to send the items back to them via post.
JPL cannot refund postage and packing on faulty and not fit for use items.
JPL also cannot refund any costs for the method of which you use to return the item.
